I use the latest in cloud technology to provide you with a seamless easy way to work with me. Using QuickBooks Online. Dropbox, SmartVault document exchange, Live linked bank feeds, dedicated emails and other methods sharing the information needed to get the job done has never been easier.
Although most of the day to day work, I do for you I do from my office, I will be onsite at your restaurant a minimum of once a week to ensure system standards are being followed. This allows you, the owner, to cover any questions you have face to face with the person doing the work.

I noticed a gap in the owner-operated restaurant market 20 yeas ago. When I as working as a cook or Chef, Bartender or Waiter, I could never understand why restaurants with good food and service, that were busy, but always failing.
